Ek Khamosh Paigam

 

پرانے لوگ سمجھدار تھے تعلقات سنبھالتے تھے

پھر لوگ پریکٹیکل ہوگئے تعلق سے فائدہ نکالنے لگے

اب لوگ پروفیشنل ہیں فائدہ ہو تو تعلق رکھتے ہیں

The old people were smart and took care of the relationship
Then people became practical and began to benefit from the relationship
Now people are professionals, if there is benefit, they belong

زندگی سے اتنا پیار نہ کرو یہ کسی سے وفا نہیں کرتی

موت کو کبھی مت بولو یہ کسی کو دھوکا نہیں دیتی

Don't love life so much it doesn't trust anyone
Never speak of death. It does not deceive anyone

کسی نے پوچھا کون اپنا ہے

اور کون نہیں؟ اور کون
اگر وقت اپنا ہے تو
سب اپنے ہیں ورنہ کوئی اپنا نہیں

Someone asked who is yours

And who doesn't? who else

If time is yours

All are own, otherwise no one is own

شکر ادا کرنے کی وجہ نہیں ڈھونڈنے چاہیے 
بلکہ عادت ڈالنی چاہیے کیوں کہ شکرگزار لوگوں سے
اللہ سبحانہ تعالیٰ بڑی محبت کرتا ہے

One should not look for a reason to be thankful

Rather, it should be a habit because of grateful people

Allah (swt) loves a lot

 بعض اوقات ہم لوگ جن لوگوں کو بہت زیادہ اہمیت دیتے ہیں

 تو ان کے نزدیک آپ کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں رہتی

Sometimes people we value too much

  So you don't matter to them

بعض لوگ اچھا بننے کے لئے اتنی کوشش نہیں کرتے

 جتنی کے اچھا نظر آنے کے لیے کرتے ہیں

Some people don't try so hard to be good

Do as much as you can to look good

 وقت آپ کو بتا دیتا ہے کہ لوگ کیا تھے اور آپ کیا سمجھتے تھے

Time tells you what people were and what you thought
